Cho tất cả các nguyên liệu làm nước sốt gồm: tỏi băm, 60ml cà phê, 60ml giấm, 50g mù tạt vàng, 20g đường nâu, 15g dầu ôliu, 5g tiêu, hành lá cắt nhỏ vào trong một chén, trộn đều.
Cho sườn cắt thành các dải rồi cho nước sốt vào, trộn đều với sườn. Ướp sườn trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh 3 tiếng.
Sau đó, cho sườn ra, xếp lên khay đã lót sẵn giấy bạc. Bọc giấy nhôm cho kín khay. Cho khay vào lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 200 độ C trong 45 phút. Sau đó, lấy khay ra, bỏ lá bạc không bọc nữa, rồi nướng thêm 15 phút.
Cho sườn nướng vị cà phê ra đĩa và thưởng thức nhé!
